Just digging; you have made many assertions that cannot go unchallenged. You mention that I am accusing management of price manipulation. That is not true. I stated and still believe that KWG share price is and has been manipulated ever since the battle with Cliffs over the issue of ownership of Spider. I empathetically stated that management must know, after three long years who is behind the manipulation of KWG share price. I did not accuse management of manipulating the share price for personal gain. This is a very blatant lie for you to so state. I stated management must know who is throwing more shares at low prices to stop any kind of upward movement. My comment about good news announcements was not even made in the context about management. I stated that many believe, with all the good news being announced, we would see a rise in share price. Your comment about "humbly suggest that should you harbour any mistrust of the KWG management that you should consider divesting of KWG shares" can not go unchallenged. I like many here, have invested many thousands in KWG and to be told so glibly, that I should sell if I am unhappy with management is to me, a real slap in the face. If you or anyone else can look at the past three plus years of KWG trading and not see a very real problem with how the share price has been held down, then no amount of explanation by me is going to change your opinion. For clarity, as you mentioned, I demand you retract your statement that I accused management of being a party to any kind of manipulation. Read again my original post and you will find nothing therein making any such statement. My whole point of the post was about the share price being manipulated and I ack nowledge commenting on a management individual being a purchaser of many millions of shares in the .04 - 045 range, but again nothing accused the individual of any kind of price manipulation. I see you have been a member of this Board since 2010 and have only posted, very informatively, about one stock, KWG. To me this begs the question, are you a KWG insider? I realize this may be a personal situation you may not wish to addrss and I respect that. In closing, I have posted many, many times about KWG and have been very supportive of management but "my country, right or wrong" is, in my opinion wrong and management, like everyone else needs to have their feet held close to the fire periodically because at the end of the day, this is as much my, and your Company, as managements'.
