Nice catch. Impressive network including RR and fiber. Presumably this covers only Phase 1: Mining and surrounding communities. Perhaps, Phase 2 would extend the RR from the De Beers Victor Mine to Moosonee via Attawapsikat to complete this nice Ring of Railroad (RoR).
