I'm not sure but it looks like someone expected the sp to take a drubbing after the easement application was dismissed.Most of the shorts seem to be at $0.055 in and around Oct.23-25.House #7(TD) appears to be attempting to purchase most of the shares recently and wanting to push sp down to $0.045.JMO.
