for me, I would like to understand, why Cliffs is operating like a teenager....reading Cliffs documents, a number of times they have written..."if the project goes" and "an option not to develop"....now we have the spector, of a second court action by Cliffs.....Cliffs doesn't have a case....appeals are based on new evidence, a miscarriage of justice.....not that your feelings are hurt because of the courts decision....frankly, I thing the court should reject the appeal, outright....Cliffs using the court system in an attempt to destroy a company...KWG
