Black Horse deposit has an Inferred Resource Now 85.9 Million Tonnes @ 34.5%
Cliffs' appeal means nothing regarding KWG forward movement. We do not need, or probably want to partner with Cliffs. We have the best chromite, much higher grade than Black Thor, the Railway corridor and good relations with all the stakeholders in the ROF. We will proceed with BH, the railroad and arrange financing and co-operation with the Port Authority, and ONR. At this point what can Cliffs offer us? A 30% of Big Daddy when we have 80% of Black Horse. Consensus seems to be building, I have heard it put forward by many, that Cliffs will be forced to sell and move on OUT of the ROF. They are in real financial difficulty, cannot find a partner, and have butted heads with a lot of individuals in their time in the ROF. They do not appear to have made many friends in the process. My understanding is that we can move forward immediately with all our RR Corridor plans without any worry about Cliffs pathetic appeal. We are still waiting for the Judicial Review of that controversial move whereby Cliffs trespassed on our land and took soil samples, etc. and we were denied our aggregate permit. So far, the matter has not been addressed and with politicians involved I wonder why? We surely will get "our day in court" very soon regarding this matter. As was mentioned many times in the past, Cliffs Appeal will take considerable time and they have to convince a Judge they even have a legal reason to proceed with any Appeal thus making a very long time before any kind of resolution to benefit them would take place. I expect much more good news coming from our Company and I feel by Christmas we will have seen a lot of good announcements. As for the share price, strange, whenever we have a good news release, the share price seems to hit a brick wall on the ask side. Several Brokers seem to have a lot of shares to sell when KWG annou nces something positive. Maybe just co-incidence? NOT. As I previously mentioned, do not be disheartened by the Cliffs Appeal. We saw yesterday that a very small number of shares traded on the news and this was mainly by the same"gang" who almost everyday buy and sell back and forth to themselves. All the smart money and KWG shareholders are holding on tightly to their shares for the day they will receive their true value and it sure as h... is many multiples of the pathetic .05 cent range we have been locked into for so long. All just my take on the situation. rj
