You are quite correct. The increase in truck traffic from CLF alone would be bad enough, so I stopped a bit short, and deliberately not to mention other truck traffic (did not want to scare people too much). So, Hwy 400 series it is, a special one with constant maintenance.

A public road perhaps, to please the Prov, but who would be brave enough to risk driving passenger cars on that highway full of giants. A "NoGo" from the conceptual stage.
