Dancer:....we have to be careful, about such restrictions....there are many CDN companies overseas, and if we here applied such laws.....then host countries would do the same to CDN companies in their territories...tit for tat

Ontario doesn't have the electrical power available to refine the chromite...and further, with the present Toronto government....electrical power will become so expensive that no heavy industry can afford to remain/operate in Ontario....

In my way of thinking, I see private gas/oil thermal electrical power plants in Northern Ontario as the only way out of this mess...a five year plan if started this month....
