flyby. Your second point is not about Cliffs allowing KWG to build the RR. It is all about developing Big Daddy first. KWG wants BD developed and thus we get our 30%. Just by developing the RR is just one facet of KWG aims. That is why Cliffs tried so hard to get the easement. So they could develop Black Thor and then KWG would have nothing other than the 30% of Big Daddy that Cliffs would possibly never develop in our lifetime or hand it over to Cliffs for a pittance. What good would Black Horse be for us, KWG, if Cliffs had the road and we could not get our RR to ship out the chromite? As has been stated, there is only room for a road or the RR. Not both on that series of eskers. So even though the RR is a fantastic asset for KWG, all that Cliffs need to offer KWG is to mine Big Daddy first. Anything else, other than a buy-out at a fair price negotiated WITH a market valuation to determine KWG's greatly increased value since the approx. .27 cent range or higher we were given over three years ago. Of course, with the RR and Black Horse and our now 30% instead of the 26% we owned of BD when the previous valuation was done, the new evaluation would certainly be much higher. If Cliffs do not appeal, after investing over 400 million to date on the chromite after purchasing Freewest and Spider, you have to wonder why they would not "pony up" another 300 or so million to possibly secure KWG ( that is if we would even sell to them at all). By the way, Cliffs only owns a bit more than 16% of KWG at present not 19%. Interesting times and the best is yet to come! rj
