Message: LIL Bully KWG

Cliff's latest salvo in the never-ending saga of the easement decision. Cliffs are now trying to get the Provincial Government to do the dirty work now that they have lost the legal battle in the Office of the Mining Commissioner. Boor said, "the possibility of working out an arrangement with KWG Resources, a one-time development partner, to use their access corridor seeme unlikely". ( KWG wants to protect their shareholders interest and force Cliifs to do the right thing, but Cliffs aren't going to let that happen). Also Boor wants the Government to take charge. ( he means, disregard the Mining Commissioner's ruling, and hand over the route to Cliffs. Lil bully KWG are standing in the way of this big 100 year old Company and how dare they (KWG) force us to play fair and do the right thing? The Government had the chance to intervene and as the Mining Commissioner said, why did they not appear at the hearing if this access was vital to the community interest? They said all along, "it is a battle between two mining companies and we have no reason to get involved". How can they now, reverse course and try to wrest control of OUR access corridor that we just fought a three year battle over with Cliffs to retain? Sure would make lots of work for the lawyers if the Government tries that route.

On another matter, there has been some recent discussion on both SH and here regarding a "fair price" of .19 or .20 for our KWG shares. Interestingly enough, one of the proponents of this "fair offer" has continually bragged how they are loading up on all these cheap shares

lately. Of course if you load up at .05 or under, a 400% gain may look sweet to you but many of us, have paid much more that that for our shares, and many, myself included, are not able to add more, even at this ridiculous price. A lot of us have been fighting this battle since 2010 when SPQ caved in and most, if not all, are sure as h... not going to take the paltry sum of .19 or 20 for our shares. We have a golden opportunity here once this thing is resolved, and in my opinion, resolution is not too far off. I think the figures of .19 or ,20 will seem like a real joke when we finally get our true value. Hang tough. rj
