Question If there is not enough aggregate for RR and service road, can they send back by rail [when completed] the waste material to be used as a foundation to build a service road? If possible wouldnt that save a lot of money and make it less expensive?.

I have read how expensive it will be, since there is not enough aggregate for both. I dont really know if this waste would be suitable to be used as fill or bed rock.

Just a thought.
