The Feds just gave 1.4B to Toronto to help with the 3B extension of the subway to Scarborough. Wynnie and her party are kicking in another billion.

The North gets ignored again. IMHO that 2.4 B could be better used to build a railway to the ROF. The economic benefites to the whole province would be far superior to another few miles of subway in Toronto. Priorities???
