well that 3 million should go up 1mil once they are compensated etc from the ruling... now that the easement issue has been ruled against. I personally don't think their financial state will be that big of an issue of worry or concern ...( and hopefully they won't see the need to issue any more shares) cause once they commence building the RR KwG will be making money from the aggragates that will be needed for the construction of the rail bed... keep positive professor there can only be good news from here on in
