Just in case you have not seen this video, it's interesting to see the performance of politicians. Start at 37min 17sec. It's the dual between MPP Norm Miller, mining critic for the Provincial Conservative Party versus Minister Gravelle who went round and round without addressing the question directly. But at least he knew the names of the companies involved. He actually mentioned CLF, NOT, KWG,CCC. He was talk talk talk about priority given to the negotiation with the FNs. He gave an impression that things have to be done in sequence. Why not try multi-tasking, i.e. have activities done in parallel with more priority put on the potential transformation of ONTC into a new Port Authority, actually bring the parties together, i.e. provide leadership, especially CLF and KWG to sort out their differences, and bring to the table some money along with talking to the Fed for some additional funding.

At least, things are looking better for Minister of Northern Development and Mines, and MPP Thunder Bay - Superior North, compared to his apparent ignorance of the ONR business plan in its proposal to the Ontario Government, which KWG support, when he appeared in a public meeting Thunder Bay (KWG has issued an NR, 16 Sept, just to remind the Minister). If his performance is not up to standard then he may lose his seat for his riding. The Liberal Party need to win the ridings in Ontario North in the next election to stay in power.
