Could you elaborate a bit on this deal (with link if possible, something that one can forward to Premier Wynne to refresh her memory). Here are some of the answers I am looking for.

I am writing a note to Premier Wynne.

- Did Frank and the ONTC jointly proposed something to the gov. (something that is related to the proposed new Port Authority)?

- Was KWG/Frank involved?

- When was it?

- what did they ask the gov. to do, and expect a response soon?
