Your math seems quite correct in that 700,000,000 less 17% or about 120,000,000 leaves 580,000,000 shares to be bought out. Yes they save more than that on the cost of the concentrator. A JV of CLF and BAO could quite feasably cough this amount up ,but you are also right, there are likely bigger fish waiting in the weeds. Good luck my friends.
