Message: KWG In The Spotlight

With all the great "free" publicity, KWG gained yesterday with all major media, Frank Smeenk is sure to be in demand for interviews, etc. and that can only move KWG forward. Many articles made the point "tiny player KWG with a market cap of only 34M' winning this huge fight with major Cliffs and in the process really hand-cuffing them from gaining access to their BT minesite. Cliffs have to come calling on KWG, What alternative do they have? What grounds can they use for an appeal? The Commissioner went over point by point all the arguments they put forward and denied each and every one. Why would the Appeal Court find any different result? Also keepiong in mind, how new legal action would definitely tie up the BT project much longer. Can Cliffs afford many more delays? We know or think there is "bad blood" between KWG/Cliffs but business interests trump all so I definitely expect to see Cliffs swallow their pride and try everything in their power to make nice with KWG. Does KWG at this point, even want such an overture? This is a real soap opera and with KWG now firmly in the driver's seat, it will only get better! rj
