Just read all 43 pages of Mining Commissioner's decision and lots to digest. The testimony pretty well rules out having both a RR and joint road as some areas of the esker are very narrow. The appeal KWG made regarding the aggregate decision, giving it to Cliff's and denying KWG, should now be moot as Cliff's cannot use aggregate on the easement with the Commissioner saying they will not get their precious easement they were so sure to receive. It is interesting that the Liberal Govt. did not appear at any time at the Tribunal, to the surprise of the Commission. I wonder why? Did they know Cliffs was "flogging a dead horse"? Justice certainly has been served with this decision and the Tribunal makes reference to Cliffs, with all their resources trying to strongarm little KWG. As I posted on here well over a year ago, David can the odd time slay Goliath and I think KWG just did in fine fashion. With the free trading for a portion of today, before the manipulators who have been walking us down since 2010 re-appeared, we saw how great volume can move us upward and with today's decision, we are well on our way to some very great highs. rj
