It would be wise for CLF not to devlop BT. Too many issues to sort out: building connecting roads for transporting the ore/concetrate out to the railhead (or to its proposed road, on KWG claims)...and the roads for its workers to the new proposed airport and accommodation site. All these roads would cross PRB, FNC and the KWG Koper Lake staging area (at the bottom of FNC claims).

If CLF would start with BD (and BC) as an open pit, then they would save some $800M (almost $1B) just for the BT concentrator alone. This sum could be handy for buying all 3 juniors. One may speculate:KWG:$700M; PRB:$100M; and another $100 for FNC. Oops, forgot about BOL as a 4th junior, another $100M for it (too generous?). CLF could offer their shares which could be sold for cash anytime.
