With the great news that Black Horse has a 43-101 showing a grade of 37.5% chromite and estimated reserves of 43.8 million tonnes we have to believe that a very valuable mine site is now for sale. KWG is not, and in my opinion, will never be, operating this mine as we are, in the words of Cliffs, " a junior mining explorer" and our forte is exploration. Cliffs with their Black Thor and 43-101 showing 69,554,960 tonnes @ 31.9% chromite should be no competition at all. They have stated they wish to have a partner to develop Black Thor. Ask yourself, if you are a multi-national, what would you prefer. A piece of the action with Cliffs, and a resource of 31.9% cro, or full owner, if you buy out KWG/BLD, of 43.8 MT of 37.5% cro? Plus you, as that multi-national can also purchase KWG's 30% of one of the best chromite deposits in the ROF, Big Daddy. I feel confident that Frank and Company are right now, and have been, shopping this deposit around, and with these great results should ultimately find us a buyer, and by so doing, will leave Black Thor in the dust and finally our big pay day as KWG shareholders will arrive. Don't forget, that in 2010, Cliffs were very anxious to pay Spider shareholders .19 per share for their share of Big Daddy, and would have gone much higher if the management of Spider had held out and look at how much KWG management has done since that time to add to KWG's value. I believe by just watching the daily trading, you can watch how nervous some people are, when they immediately add 2 million shares to the ask when the "magical" figure of .05 per share appears and when it goes back to .045 it just as suddenly disappears from the ask. We have a winner here and hopefully our patience will soon by rewarded. As always do your own due diligence. rj
