So, do these two conflicting tidbits reflect a change of attitude on the part of NOT? Perhaps the request to use NOT drill data was declined a while ago, early in the 34-101 process, and the 'proposal' for using shared facilities is more recent, and perhaps follows the departure of a certain W.H. from NOT?

1) 'The resources inferred therein were not informed by any data analyzed from core samples recovered on the adjoining claim of Noront Resources Inc., access to which was declined to the author.'

2) 'We have received a proposal to now complete a trade-off study on mining this from underground, using SHARED facilities with NORONT underground mining of the eagles nest deposit.'

Could this deposit be mined open-pit, to start with? Comes up to 280 metres below surface.
