I'm pretty sure that FNC retains the claims and a NSR in their name,KWG funds all exploration for first dibs at ~ 80% of the production of minerals and BOL is the operator,ie,boots on the ground for a % of production.Until this jv agreement CLF was telling the easement panel that KWG's share of ROF would never see a shovel.Now they do still need a railway (or) road.JMO.
