Cliffs started action re easement on May 31st, 2011. We are now well over a two year period still without any resolution to Cliff's request for easement to build their road. Going on the Mining Commissioner's website, you can see with only one other submission from another claimant, in another matter, in the past two years, you have to ask what is taking so long to render a decision on this matter? Is this a deliberate stalling tactic or does it truly take well in excess of two years to reach a decision? It certainly appears to me that the Mining Commissioner is not being "overworked" and what is the reason for taking so long to decide this matter? Other than all the hullabalou the two sentences Cliffs's wanted removed from Frank's submission re Cliff's offer of compensation over two years ago, we have heard nothing. Surely, someone can "light a fire' under the Mining Commissioner's office and get them to resolve this matter once and for all. In my opinion, with over a two year wait for a decision, this is certainly unacceptable. rj
