Hi kennnr. I did not hear that a share buyback is actually ingoing. KWG was warned by Cliffs that if they go ahead with the Change of jurisdiction Resolution, they will ask their share to be bought at 'fair value'. Management is now trapped by Cliffs. I don't think KWG will go with the Resolution, the cost would be too heavy.

But we have new a clear new input from this move: Cliffs is not willing to buy us out in the near term.
