I'd say KWG is puting the full court press on Cliffs. Share price is $0.04 if you want out and we would be pleased to buy the shares back. If Cliffs feels its worth more, then they will need to prove it and that will out the true value. Win for KWG either way, imo. Also, Federal foreign ownership rules maybe perceived as more restrictive to Cliffs than Quebecs are, but I don't know that for sure.
