I also talked to Bruce and Frank at the last AGM, and I feel absolutely at ease with this unique and dedicated team. Frankly, I did not have many chances to meet such a shareholders-oriented management in my (limited) experience. One that comes to mind is the Virginia Mines team (André Gaumond) but that's it...

If Frank Smeenk believes this proposal is a good thing, comes back with it and asks my vote to pass it, I can't do otherwise than support him. Just remember the Spider-KWG merger proposal which was a stroke of genius by Frank at the time... One key associate I recall got suddenly tired , unfortunately... Too bad for us. But despite the vicious coup from Cliffs that besieged the company (with an obvious hope to starve us to death), Frank readily managed to get plenty of dollars from the sale of the BD NSR. And boy! We are still there, strongly gripped to our 30% share of world class chromite property, and to a giga size corridor of RR claims, floating gently but surely on a 30-35MM$ market cap... This story is not over yet friends. The Super shares proposal is only another step in the climb. I heard PPP funding, government bonds, ONTC implications, First Nations involvement... Nothing really solid at this time, but certainly a vision is at work somewhere...

I must say that I respect the other opinions in this matter, nothing is full-proof in this ruthless jungle and everyone has the right to act as he thinks fit to protect his investment.

But I personnally think that our long-time management is truly acting with a vision, and not only moving randomly to spend time between their pay checks... My personal belief... for what it worths.
