I stated in my previous post why I was against this proposal and I invite all those who are jumping on this bandwagon to check out Lou's post on SH and what happened when he contacted his Broker, CIBC about this "venture". This is a no brainer and all those who suddenly feel that Frank has a magical cure to boost the share price take heed. Gentlemen and Ladies, we are at a low of .04 to .045 cents, do you realize what 50 to 1 will do to your holdings? The share price should be much higher before any kind of fancy transformation of so called "super shares" takes place. I voted a resounding NO to this proposal and if I do recall, one of the last posts we received from Goodheart who initially was trumpeting this so called plan said he would not support it, although I could be wrong in my interpetation of his post. This is supposed to be a game changer, a new idea whose time has come, etc. Do you want to risk all your hard earned money you have invested in this stock on some , what I believe, hare-brained scheme? We have a lot going for us and if Frank, who I tremendously respect for all he has done so far for KWG, has some BIG investors ready to come onside with his great "super shares", then please tell us who they are. This idea failed last year and yet we have a dog and pony show again this year trying the same thing. People blame Cliffs for last year's failure and to many, oh if Cliff's are against it, then it must be good for KWG. Wake up and smell the coffee! Make your own decision but don't be caught in a herd mentality and because some well respected poster says it is ok, then it must be so, Just my opinion. Good luck in whatever way you vote. rj
