If your shares are converted to super shares, simply divide the super share price by 50, to get your "old style pricing."

Float stays the sme....period!

The old and super shares will mirror each other in the 50 :1 price ratio.

I'm all in with management with my shares.

I think it's a smart business decision on Franks part. In these tough financial times, it's difficult to put deals together. This just makes sense. Very creative in fact.
