This is little bit complicated and it seems like proposal from CLF. That means that part of shares will be put on another exchange with different name? And if somebody buys that another shares than brokerage house must buy also KWG shares which could then push price up in KWG but could also work in different direction? This seems more like friends of CLF will easier buy KWG or take over KWG. More games from CLF?
