PM Harper speech in Yellowknife Monday 11 March 2013

PM Harper just gave a speech, broadcasted by several major TV networks, on the transfer of power to the NWT (sharing of natural resource, etc...). Text should be available on the Web.

Similar speech on the RoF, especially on the transportation infrastructure, from the Fed (Harper or Clements...) and provincial government coming soon?
