WHEN and IF favorable news comes, and we start to have all the resources move from being stranded to available, there will be no buying of ROF shares. There just WON'T be any sellers. WHO in their idiotic brain would sell any shares up until the true value? I know some will say that is .08 and some will say .13 or .25 etc. but with the lowest prices possible in these times, I think a sudden access to $50+billion combined company resources will be quite positive to SPs of all companies. Offered money for high cost loans and multiple offers for cheap PPs can be turned down by the droves in favour of a more realistic valuation to finance construction as those who are out, will want in. I sure the H. E. double LL ain't sellin anything then, and I doubt those managements who are accused of wanting to sellout for a dime profit will hold out for true value, especialy after years of institutional and trader algo $hit. Of course it could all fall apart and nothing could happen for 20 years. That is the risk, but IF it happens, and with all those people, FNs, governments and companies who want this to happen properly but also quickly, I don't see it taking as much time as some think. When people need something they tend to move a little faster to get it.
