Recalling that KWG and Cliffs (lawyers anyway) were in a session/conference starting on Monday Jan 21st, I am surprised that no information or speculations have trickled on to the forum. Does anyone know if it was a no go, or a still going, or what. Usually, KWG is fairly quick to inform regardless of outcome and Frank usually has a curve ball or a plan B to offer. Anyone hearing anything?
