KWG Longs,

There is no real money (significant share appreciation) with the Port Authority deal. KWG/CCC will transfer the claims to the Port Authority to raise capital and get a railway going to open the Ring. As part of the deal I'm sure some compensation will be paid to KWG/CCC for the exploration and other costs incurred.

The real money will come from mining BD in a timely basis and the mgmt at KWG is well aware of this. The challenge will come from Cliffs who we all know is the operator of the deposit. Rest assured, KWG Mgmt is crafting something as part of the Port Authority deal or otherwise to get at BD in a timely basis.
