Good. Jay Aspin is a Conservative MP. so this should get backing from the Feds. Hope the Provincial Govt being prorogued won't slow things. I guess the relevant Provincial Ministers will keep working, but anything requiring a legislative decision (Bill or vote or whatever) will be delayed
