Good points....the power discount, if not signed into law, is probably toast....I wonder how much Cliffs has spent on the smelter development....I mean "real" cash on the table....

Unlikely there will be an election during the winter....so that adds 6 months of indecision....then 12 months delay, as new government returns to work....

Consolidation of the RoF juniors into a one major developer, that can find the money to move forward....is the next move.
