prorogue = no non-confidence vote.
Not sure if there are exceptions for blatant actions by the current government during the suspension of the Legislature that would cause serious and irreparable damages to the province. Presumably, the Queen/Lieutenant Governor can always change things around as they sees fit?
- What this could mean to RoF? It could mean that Mc Guinty may decide to create some bownie points for the party by announcing something positive for RoF, e.g. building the road and/or R. This would also, place the Premier in the history book as a visionary nation builder.
