A precision. goldhunter11, Spider still exists as a partner (30%) as well as Freewest (40%), but Spider Resources Inc has changed its name to Cliffs Chromite Far North Inc. following a merger with a numbered CO (7560869 Canada Inc.) intervened in October 2010, and Freewest also changed its name to Cliffs Chromite Ontario Inc. following a merger with another numbered CO (7280831 CAnada Inc.) intervened in December 2011.

It may seem weird that Cliffs did not merge the two subsidiaries to form a sole entity holding the 70% stake in Big Daddy... Probably to avoid a right of first refusal of some kind that KWG could have pretend to have if the 30 % share of Spider would have gone to Freewest... I don't know really, but I otherwise don't see any logics in keeping the two entities....
