I was just thinking how beneficial if Noront would buy KWG say 1 Noront share for every 50 KWG shares. Noront would benefit from the RR route save on infrastructure costs and get 30% of BD. KWG will of course benefit from getting about $0.70 for each share and the upswing on Noront share in the future.
