Hello Fahrenheit,

WISCO could perhaps buy up KWG, PRB, FNC (and the 70% of BD from CLF) and offer to build the RR to the RoF with their own money and charge user's fees. They would get rthe chrome for their stainless steel production and some more Fe from FNC (while they are at it, why not buy the rest of CHM as well).
