I think this analogy is very reasonable. Even if we do not get 500 mil for the gravel. If the gov pays 200 mil to KWG for the route and gravel, that would workout to be about $0.28 per share and we would still own KWG shares. If you own 1mil of shares you are looking at $285k thats about 4.75 times what the share price is now.
