Black Horse deposit has an Inferred Resource Now 85.9 Million Tonnes @ 34.5%
M. Dog; I think Cliffs wants to go the whole 300 KM plus way on their easement request for a road to Black Thor. Remember we were told the only good way to the ROF area was by way of the eskers as they are the only high ground all the way through and also they have the aggregate needed for a railroad and also a road so it is no wonder Cliffs are trying to force KWG's hand in securing this easement. As for the Commissioner denying the intervenor status, this, had it been granted, could possibly have tied up the whole process for years in court and we would be much greyer than we are now (speaking for myself) waiting for resolution. KWG has done a fantastic job tying up all the loose ends and I am sure Cliffs must wish they had secured KWG rather than Spider many moons ago when they started all this takeover nonsense and thought they had scored a major coup by aquiring FWR/SPQ and tried to hang KWG out to dry. Day by day, Frank lives to fight another day and as shareholders, we should all be very grateful for that. rj
