I have the same thinking as you rj, KWG is positioning its case before the Mining Commissionner. The easement is not a done thing for Cliffs.

Frank Smeenk has not said his last word on the matter. This may probably be his last battle before retiring, but I don't think he is a man to trow the towel in easily. The long-lasting team we have at KWG is experienced, clever, reputable and most of all, shareholders-oriented. And they have a few millions in the coffers to endure a long siege and to fuel the warfare!

Whatever the outcome, I am sure that everything will be done to see us prevail and I am confident that we will end the KWG story with a very good return for all of us.
