Regarding Debut's announcement today is the large paragraph which refers to the Rail Corridor Soil Samplin"samples recovered at 500 metre intervals along "Entire length of CCC railroad corridor claims" (cap mine) totaling 330 km from ROF area to Nakina. Also "CCC and Debut have agreement under which Debut conducting mineral separation and analysis of the entire suite of samples"

The above means to me that they are preparing their case re Cliffs trying to take advantage to get an easement through these same lands. They are showing this whole easement area is a mining claim, being explored by Debut with CCC's blessing. Although this may not be evident in the initial Commissioner's ruling re the validity of Cliff's request, it sure seems to me that KWG through Debut are positioning themselves for any future required court proceedings if the initial ruling goes against them. I am not a lawyer but wonder why this Debut news release would have this large paragraph so prominently displayed in the release? As mentioned previously, KWG may be small but as with the share buy-back currently in place, nobody should make the mistake of ruling them out in this uphill battle with Cliffs. All in my opinion. rj
