KSU is KWG Shareholders United, a group of like minded shareholders who formed an informal group with 10%+ OS = 72 - 76 M voting block. The objective is to prepare ourselves just in case thereis a hostile low-ball takeover from e.g. CLF. With 10% we would be a significant force to be reckoned with and could support KWG management in their fight against a low-ball offer (they have 2% OS without the options and some wts). If you go back to about 5 May on this board you'll see a list of 101 shareholders who have declared their share holdings.

Poster Keep Digging has just been elected to be the fearless spearbearer to liaise with management and keep his ear to the ground for relevant titbits on our behalf. And, we do the same thing.

If you have some info to contribute to this board please post. And if you have some KWG holding and wish to announce it, feel free to do so, but I don't do a monthly update anymore, since we have achieved our 10% objective in May. However, the more the merrier (I noticed from the other board,SH, there are quite a few posters with some sizable holdings...they said so... but have not declared to be included on the list of 101 shareholders). Please spread the words around (colleague, neighbour, brother in law, etc) and you can declare what you know on their behalf if they support KSU. However, for confidentialy reasons their real names should not be included.

I found that this board is quite civilzed and we don't throw mud at each other.
