I had some email exchanges with my contact at the MNR...all submissions (from Cliffs and CCC) were completed on Friday afternoon and therefore there were no hearings today. Seems like the easement issue is now in the hands of the Mining Commissioner! I have asked him when a decision can be expected and he simply replied "it will be some time".

Will keep you all posted of anything else I hear.
