Would speculate the same thing...somebody wants to get in (of course, somebody needed some money). Just eye-balled the chart and saw 2 big chunks, one just before 2:30 (1M @ $0.065?, and the other at 0.5 M @ 0.065 after 3:00pm. In the dollar term $65k and $32.5k are not huge sums, but they could buy a lot of shoes.

Volume of 2M/day is promissing though.

May be someone with technical analysis skills can zoom in a bit more in the detail (hope it was a leak of a favourable news).
