Your concern is quite understandable. I nominated KeepDigging to be our rep based on the following reasons, even though he is relatively "new" to this board.

- enthusiastic and willing to spend time to collect and share info with fellow posters

- straightforward enough

- does not appear to have any hidden agenda. I am not saying that experienced folks, folks who have been here for years, are not good candidates for this job, but we need to be careful since some of those clever people may have hidden agenda or would tend to go off on a tangent promoting his/her ideas without trying to seek concensus from the group. >>>KeepDigging: Would you be willing to declare that you have no hidden agenda (like a paid poster to infiltrate KSU to lead the group to the left field, haha). There are quite a few "professional people" out there who would be available for hire to do the work for predators who prey on little companies like KWG.

- the rep does not have to figure out what to do all by himself or herself. we are supposed to be right behind the rep to provide input and support.

I believe that the above are good reasons for me to nominate KeepDigging as our rep, essential to do the work on behalf of KSU. Also, he's is in the Toronto area and this is quite convenient for attending meetings, hearings, etc. He may also want to appear in person, on behalf of KSU of course, to present the introductory letter in person to KWG management.

If you can find an experienced person who you and most of the long-time posters here can trust, then please nominate this person for a vote (simple majority by a certain deadline wins).

Another idea would be to have a back-up rep to work together with the rep. This back-up person could be a an experienced poster/shareholders, but this person, just like the rep, must be a doer, a go-getter who would be willing to move mountains (little ones) if required.

Any more nomination beside KeepDigging?

I would volunteer to run this election, unless someone else wants to do it.

I would propose nomination to be closed by Monday 9 July 2012 and voting deadline by say noon Friday 13 July 2012. I would also propose that the runner-up becomes the back-up rep, if we have more than 1 nominee. If we have only one nominee then somebody would need to volunteer for this back-up rep job.

Let me know if I should proceed with my proposal to run this election. As it stands the nomination list is as follows
