Six years for me,and i knew going in.What people need to remember is what i was told when i started buying the ROF.I was told then that it would be at LEAST 2016/2017 before i was to see any signifigant action or return on my investment.I basically bought for retirement/grandchildren.Whatever.But i was told by countless sources,that if,IF this ever got up and running,due to all the problems Ontario has concerning development,not to expect anything before 2016/2017.Seems like they`re right on track.(Barring some kind of miracle)

Everyone that`s getting impatient can go back and find that info available to them anywhere.

They also right from the get go mention certain politically correctl "problems",along with the enviroment and Ontario being so anti development and unfriendly to business.ANY other province in the country and we`d probably be ready to start up right now

Once again,they seem to have hit the nail on the head.

Patience people,whether we like it or not,we were told.

And that`s like you say,providing somebody dosen`t come along in the interm and steal everything from us like you say they did to you with Spider
