I expect if Harper steps in at some point, he will do what his govt seems to like, that is, ignore any opposition, change the rules, and help big business in any and every way possible. In this instance that means siding with CLF against FNs, and against KWG.

I hope not, of course, since I have a fair chunk of change in KWG shares, but I really don't have expectations of anything close to a favourable outcome for any party involved, except CLF, if the feds do get involved. Action by the FNs might rouse the feds to their typical heavy handed approach to problems, and they won't stop at just countering the FNs.
