concentrating will cost....manpower. elect .transporting it into the concentrator extracting it from the concentrator its not free...plus it would be a bargaining chip for the canadian govt and kwg to come up with a fair solution...cliffs is trying to change the laws of exporting...what are canadian co. supposed to do...sure go ahead change the law say sure you can build a road over your junior partners claimed land...and we wont expect anything in return... im just saying....ken
