The Ontario Govt has announced it will offer a 30% reduction in hydro cost to companies investing more than $250million in projects in Ontario. This is intended to create jobs, and will last as long as the jobs 'created' remain in Ontario.

Perhaps this is what CLF was told a short while ago, confidentially, and which helped them to their decision about where to locate the smelter.

Certainly a step in the right direction for all potential ROF projects.
